Batch Times and Sweep Schedule

The Batch time and Sweep schedule (the cutoff time for when a day's transactions will stop being included in that day's payout) is set by your onboarding representative that you are working with to set up and activate your account. You can adjust the time by contacting our support team.

 

Batch Time

The Batch Time is the cutoff for which transactions are grouped into a payout. For example, if the batch time is 1:00 AM, all transactions from 1:00:00 AM one day to 12:59:59 AM the next day are grouped into the batch for that day to be paid out to your bank account. The Sweep is immediately after that cutoff time when the transactions in the Batch are swept into the payout.

The default Batch time for accounts is set to midnight (in your local time zone), making it easier to match payouts with POS reporting. The Batch close time can be adjusted by contacting our support team at the phone number at the bottom of this article and making a request to update it. Available Batch times range from 12 AM to 7 AM. Choose a time that aligns with your business hours and needs. For example, a business open until 2 AM may prefer a 3 AM batch close time to better align with their business hours.

 

Payout Schedule

The payout schedule determines how often you receive deposits from closed batches. The default is Two-Business-Day funding (T+2), meaning a batch that closes today will be paid out two business days later, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday to be paid out on the following Tuesday.

Next-Day funding (T+1) is available on request for eligible accounts. To update the payout schedule from T+2 to T+1, contact our support team through either email or a phone call.
