Flex Loans provide working capital that you repay as a percentage of your daily sales, not with a fixed monthly payment amount. This keeps repayments flexible with your revenue. You’re pre-qualified based on your sales history with your point of sale or payment provider, so there’s no credit check and no lengthy application.

 

Availability

  • Available in the US and Canada.

  • Requires at least 18 months of historical sales data to qualify.

 

Eligibility and Qualification

For the Flex Loan program, you don’t request approval. Instead, your anonymized sales data is reviewed regularly. When you qualify, you’ll receive an email and a dashboard banner will appear in your Payment Portal inviting you to review your offer.

Qualification is based on your recent sales performance and the overall account health with your point of sale or payment provider.

 

Partner Provider

Parafin is the company we’ve chosen to partner with to offer this feature. Parafin will handle all support and sales interactions once you qualify for the flex loan.

All data sent to Parafin is anonymized in compliance with our terms of service. Only once the offer is accepted do we pass the business information.

 

Repayment

Repayments occur automatically as a set percentage of your daily card sales until the total owed is repaid. On slower days you repay less; on busier days you repay more. There are no fixed monthly payments.

 

Fees and Costs

Offers typically include a single, fixed fee that is disclosed up front. You won’t pay interest that accrues over time, late fees, or compounding charges.

If you accept an offer, you’ll see the total amount owed (funding amount + fixed fee) and the repayment rate before you confirm.
