The Knowledge Base has always been a dependable resource, but it was time for an update. With your feedback in mind, we've built an all-new hub, giving you the power to quickly find any information you need. Take a look at what’s new for the Knowledge Base:

In addition to a new design and streamlined interface, the Knowledge Base now has the following features: 

  • AI-Powered Search — Using AI, our new search will summarize information based on your search and provide links to relevant search results, and give a preview of each article. Below this overview, the search will also provide a list of relevant, related articles. You can toggle the AI Overview on or off.

  • Top-Searches — The system will show the most searched for questions, so you can keep up with growing trends or use it as a shortcut.

  • Browse by Category — Use categories to explore the major parts of the system and narrow down your search to the information you need.
