Manage Users Main Page

The Manage Users page is set up with a list of all users that have been setup to access your account. You can use the drop-list for the Permission filter to only display users that are set with a specific permission. At the top of the page you can use the main Search field to search for a keyword, name, or email address to locate the user ID that you need. You can see the date and times stamps for when the login ID was setup, last updated, and last used to login.

Status Indicator

There is an indicator that is located between the last name and the email address. There are three possible Statuses that allow you to know at a glance if there was an issue with sending the email or if the email is validated.

  • Green Checkmark — Email has been validated.
  • Red X — Invalid email (failed delivery).
  • Clock Icon — Email pending validation.
