Customer Membership Expirations in the Back End

If you charge customers for yearly memberships, you can set expiration dates so customers have to renew them. This article will show you how to set these dates in the Back End. Customer Membership Expirations in the Back End

To start, go to the Customers page through Customers and Discounts > Customers.

Here is how to set membership expiration:

  1. Search for the customer using their name, email address, or phone number.
  2. Click on a customer's name list item to load their information.
  3. Under the Customers Editor, scroll down so you can click on the Properties tab. 
  4. The Properties panel will display on the far right, and you can enter the Expiration Date near the bottom. 
  5. Remember to Save your work in the upper right.
