The system works with a wide array of devices, but it's important for you to understand what's compatible in order to make sure your hardware setup goes smoothly. Below is a list of all certified hardware and software for , so read on to verify that your store's technology can handle everything you need to do!

 

Minimum System Requirements

Operating System

  • Windows 11 Professional: 64-bit

  • Windows 10 Internet of Things, or Windows 11 Internet of Things (IOT) / LTSB

System

  • Computer: Matches or exceeds the standard Mazic computer you can get from
  • RAM: 8 GB

  • Processor: 32-bit 1.9 GHz multi-core, Intel N97 or equivalent 4 core processor or better 

Touch-Screen Monitors

  • Minimum Resolution: 1600x900

  • Capacitive touch-screen technology preferred

 

Network Infrastructure

  • Required Network Speed: At least 100MB
  • Recommended Network Speed: 1GB

Please Note: does not install, maintain, or set up networks or user permissions. Contact your IT team or a  contractor for help with this. The tech support team also does not support the setup or registration of the domain names for your website. If using a domain, your IT department or network administrator will need to be present for support calls or installations.

We also highly recommend using a workgroup.

 

Security Software

While does not have any specific recommended security software programs, we recommend that all users have a variety of programs with the following features, regardless of PCI status.

  • Anti-virus capability

  • Anti-spyware monitoring

  • Anti-malware detection

Make sure to automatically and regularly update all security software. 

Please Note: Your suite of security products have to be configured so filters or firewalls do not block the IT Retail software or the SQL database. Products that cannot be configured this way will keep the software from functioning properly.

supports all programmable USB-connected scanners. For scanners not supplied by , you may still have to perform some basic configuration.

If you'd like to use a mobile barcode scanner, you can use the Eyoyo QR Bluetooth Phone Case Scanner, which is available on Amazon. Note that this is only compatible for iOS devices and will not be functional on other mobile devices. You'll also need the Scan Guide Setup.

can export any files to PDF. The actual printing and printer setup is done on your store's end. For letter-size printing, that is fully supported for your installed and connected printers in Adobe Acrobat.
